This website is operated by Clare Reynolds, a sole proprietor doing business as Clare Reynolds Vacation Rentals, in Gold Beach, Oregon. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means anyone using this site.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please don't use the site.
These terms cover use of this website. They are not your rental agreement. The terms of an actual stay are agreed separately — see below.
This website does not take bookings
You cannot reserve a home on this site. There is no checkout, no payment, and no account.
Everything on this site is an invitation to get in touch, not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing here creates a reservation, holds a date, or obliges us to make a home available. A reservation exists only once we have confirmed it with you directly.
To arrange a stay, call or text 541.373.0281 or email clarereynoldsvr@proton.me. We will confirm availability, the price for your dates, and the terms of the stay — including anything about deposits, cancellation, pets, and occupancy — before anything is booked. Those terms are agreed at that point. This website does not set them and does not state them.
Rates and availability
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting rates to help you compare homes. They are not quotes.
- The rate for your stay depends on your dates, the length of your stay, and the season, and is confirmed when you contact us.
- Displayed prices do not include cleaning fees, taxes, or any other charge. The site deliberately shows no fee breakdown or total, because those figures are set when we confirm your booking.
- Each home shows a single indicative nightly rate. The site does not show seasonal variation, so the rate for your dates may be higher or lower than the figure shown.
- Availability shown on this site is not live. A home appearing here does not mean it is free on your dates.
We may change rates and availability at any time without notice.
Information about the homes
We describe our homes as accurately as we can, using our own listing information and photographs. Even so, descriptions, photographs, amenities, and bed counts may be out of date or contain errors, and furnishings change. Nothing on this site is a warranty about a property's condition or contents. If a detail matters to your stay, ask us before you book and we will confirm it.
Guest reviews shown on this site were written by guests on Airbnb and are reproduced as they were written. They are the opinions of the guests who wrote them, not statements by us, and we do not edit them or vouch for them.
The local guide
Our local guide is provided as a convenience. It describes places run by other people and organisations, and it links to their own pages as the source for each entry.
Conditions on the Southern Oregon Coast change constantly — tides, surf, weather, road and trail access, fire restrictions, seasonal closures, and business hours. Check current conditions with the operator or land manager before you go. We do not operate these places, we do not control them, and we are not responsible for your visit to them.
Take particular care near the ocean. Surf, cliffs, and changing tides are genuinely dangerous.
Links to other sites
This site links to Airbnb, state and national park pages, local businesses, and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Enquiries about property management
Our property management pages describe a service we offer to homeowners. Submitting the enquiry form does not create a management agreement or oblige either of us to enter one. Any management relationship would be set out in a separate written agreement.
Content and intellectual property
The text, layout, design, and our own photographs on this site belong to us, or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The local guide photographs are a deliberate exception. They are the work of other photographers, used under Creative Commons licences, and each one is credited on the page with its author, licence, and a link to its source. Those photographs are not ours. Your right to reuse any of them comes from its licence, not from us, and we do not add any restriction to it. Follow the licence named alongside the photograph.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks on this site belong to their owners.
Using the site properly
Please don't use this site to break the law, don't try to interfere with it or gain access to parts of it that aren't public, don't scrape or bulk-copy its content for a competing service, and don't submit anything through our forms that is false, abusive, or someone else's personal information without their knowledge.
We may restrict access to anyone who does these things.

This website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not warrant that any information on it is complete or current.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent Oregon law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, including lost travel costs or lost opportunity arising from reliance on information published here.
This section is about use of this website. It does not limit any rights you have under a confirmed rental agreement with us, or any liability that cannot be limited under Oregon law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Curry County, Oregon.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
